The Trisha Paytas kids names are Malibu Barbie, Elvis, and Aquaman Moses, all with the last name Paytas-Hacmon. They have the internet talking, and plenty of parents wondering how bold a baby name can be.
In this guide, you’ll get the story behind each name, what makes them work, and four lists of original name ideas in the same spirit. You’ll also get practical tips for picking a name you won’t regret.
Who Are Trisha Paytas’s Kids? 👶
Quick answer: Trisha Paytas and her husband, Moses Hacmon, have three children: Malibu Barbie (born September 2022), Elvis (born May 2024), and Aquaman Moses (born July 2025).
What is a celebrity baby name? It’s a name chosen by a public figure for their child, and it often sets or follows a trend. Think of it as a mini brand moment that happens to be a real kid.
Here is the family lineup:
- Malibu Barbie Paytas-Hacmon – the oldest, a daughter
- Elvis Paytas-Hacmon – the middle child, also a daughter
- Aquaman Moses Paytas-Hacmon – the youngest, a son
Trisha announced the third birth herself on social media, and outlets reported the details. Birth dates vary slightly from site to site, so I’m keeping to months and years here.

Trisha Paytas Kids Names: Meaning and Inspiration ✨
Quick answer: Each name points to a pop culture icon: a famous doll, a rock-and-roll legend, and a comic book hero. That fits the playful brand Trisha has built online.
Here is how fans and reporters read each name:
- Malibu Barbie – A nod to the classic doll and its sunny California image.
- Elvis – Widely seen as a tribute to Elvis Presley, used here for a girl.
- Aquaman – A superhero name. Moses is also the dad’s first name.
A common mistake I see with bold names is picking one that only sounds good in the moment. These three have a clear theme, which helps the whole set feel connected.
You may also have heard the “baby theory,” a viral internet joke linking the births to famous deaths. Trisha has said she doesn’t know how those rumors started. It’s a meme, not a fact, so I’m leaving it there. 🙂

How to Pick a Bold Name Without Regret ✅
Quick answer: Test the name by saying it, writing it, and imagining it at age 5, 25, and 55. Then check your state’s naming rules before you finalize it.
Here are practical steps that help:
- Say it out loud with the last name, at normal speed.
- Check the initials. Spelling something silly by accident is a common mistake.
- Look at spelling. If you must correct it every time, that adds up.
- Know the rules. Birth certificate rules vary by state. Some limit symbols, numbers, or length. Your state’s vital records office has the exact rules.
- Search the name online to see what it connects to.
- Check username availability on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube if the name will be public. Instagram usernames max out at 30 characters.
- Think about the nickname. Kids often shorten names, so make sure you like the short version.
For brands or businesses, trademark basics matter too. A name that is common in your category can be hard to protect. Search the USPTO database before you commit.
A bold name is not a bad name. A name chosen without a plan can be a tough one to wear. 💡
